Click the Genesis Prime Care 'Patient Portal'.
Genesis PrimeCare offers appointment reminders by phone 48 hours before your appointment.
In order to best serve you in a timely manner, we strongly recommend that you call in and make an appointment ahead of time. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please call us 48 hours in advance to that we can see another patient/client in your place. Please call if you need to cancel or reschedule. We give priority to patients/clients with appointments; however we do understand that there are times when you need to be seen without an appointment, and in that case, we will make every attempt to do so.
