A Little About Me
Welcome to my practice. I love being able to help people achieve their goals and be empowered with the strength to face life's most difficult experiences. I've been practicing for 16 year. I think my patients would describe me as supportive, calming and kind (or at least I hope they would!😁)
As a counselor, I believe that my greatest strength is instilling hope even when my patients can't see it. I love that I am able to work with a great group of people that all have the common goal of helping others.
In my free time you would find me spending time with my husband and 3 boys, usually running kids around or relaxing in the river at Albert Pike. I have been married to my husband, Michael, for 12 years. We have 3 boys ages 10, 9, and 4 and a couple of dogs. One of our favorite things to do is travel to different National Parks. We've been to 16 Parks since 2022.
I start my day out with a good workout 3 times a week or snuggling my kids! If I were to describe myself in 5 words, I would say "thoughtful, hardworking, full of hope, athletic and helpful."
A professional achievement I am most proud of is becoming a LPC Supervisor!
