Behavioral Health Counseling

We provide counseling services to children, adolescents and adults who are dealing with mental health or behavioral health issues.  Our staff is a compassionate team who can help you deal with stressful or difficult situations you might be facing.  Our program is designed to help people recover from overwhelming and hurtful experiences.   We provide specialty services to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the recovery from abusive or traumatic experiences.  We also treat a wide variety of mental health issues.  We provide excellent support, and evidence-based care in a safe and healing environment.  We teach stress-management  and healthy coping skills.  our services include individual, group and family counseling.  Our team coordinates your care with your primary care provider so you can have a better out-come with your health.

Indy is a Nurse Practitioner working in the psychiatric mental health specialty who assists individuals and families with a full range of psychiatric services.  As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner Indy is responsible for assessing the mental health status of patients by studying their relevant medical history, performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and identifying risk factors that might affect a patients mental health.  She makes diagnosis of patients mental illness based on their assessment and then determines what will be their most effective plan of care.  By utilizing her knowledge of psychotherapy modalities and psychopharmacology, and in collaboration with doctors and other professionals, she is able to put patients on a regimen of psychotherapy and /or prescription medication to improve their mental health.
