What I enjoy most about being a provider is helping people reach their goals and creating a healthy lifestyle. I believe to make positive impact on a persons' health, you have to meet them where they are.
A Little About Me
Welcome to my practice!
I’ve worked in the nursing field for over 10 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. My patients often describe me as their biggest cheerleader—they know I’ve got their back and believe they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to connect with people and help remove barriers that keep them from reaching their goals.
The most rewarding part of being a provider is seeing God’s work firsthand and sharing His grace with others.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, watching movies, baking, and enjoying the outdoors. I’m married to Matthew, and we have two wonderful kids, ages 4 and 7, along with our “fur child,” Kobe, an 80-pound Shepsky. My mornings always start slowly—at least until I have my first cup of coffee!
I would describe myself as caring, patient, empathetic, and encouraging.
One of my proudest achievements, both professionally and personally, is earning my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree while juggling work, marriage, and motherhood. It was three long years of hard work, but absolutely worth it.
Let’s get your health journey started!
